On Saturday 25th of July, The Flapper played host to a truly special gig in aid of Heavy Metal Therapy. Organised by some of the biggest voices in the Midlands alternative scene, the show played host to some of the areas most prominent rising stars. Denied Legacy, Nameless and Mantis Defeats Jaguar came together to put on an absolutely amazing night of music, while a panel made up of members of DC Sound Attack, Uprising Festival, Dakesis, Heavy Metal Therapy, and The Midweek Mosh discussed the importance of looking out for one another in the scene and working together to build the Midlands into a leading light for metal and alternative music in the UK as a whole.
